Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account and using Reply Now, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of service

Reply Now is an AI-powered automation platform that connects to your Instagram Business account and automatically responds to Direct Messages on your behalf. The service also integrates with Google Calendar to manage appointment bookings.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Reply Now
  • You must own or be authorized to manage the Instagram Business account you connect
  • You must comply with Instagram's and Meta's Platform Terms and Community Guidelines
  • You must use the service only for legitimate business purposes

4. Account and subscription

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • The service is offered on a subscription basis at €7.99/month following a 1-day free trial
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Reply Now to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or mass outreach campaigns
  • Harass, threaten, or mislead your customers
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Circumvent Instagram's platform rules or Meta's Terms of Service
  • Collect data about Instagram users without their knowledge

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. AI-generated responses

Reply Now uses AI to generate responses to your customers' messages. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be imperfect or inaccurate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your AI assistant's behavior
  • You remain fully responsible for all messages sent from your Instagram account
  • We do not guarantee that AI responses will always match your intended tone or content

We recommend enabling the "Smart Handoff" feature so your AI assistant flags complex conversations for your personal attention.

7. Instagram and Meta compliance

You agree to:

We are an officially approved Meta partner. Any misuse that results in your Instagram account being restricted is solely your responsibility.

8. Data and privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

9. Payments and refunds

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • The free trial period is 1 day — no charge during the trial
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@reply-now.com

10. Service availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages (Instagram, Google), or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reply Now shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed bookings, or customer relationship issues resulting from AI-generated responses.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the account settings or by emailing support@reply-now.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
