When you use Reply Now, we collect the following information:

• Account information: Your name, email address, and business name provided during registration.
• Business information: Your business name, address, phone number, services, working hours, and website URL that you configure in the app.
• Instagram data: Your Instagram username, user ID, and the content of Direct Messages received by your connected Instagram Business account. We only access messages directed to your account — we never access your personal profile or other users' data without their initiation.
• Google Calendar data: Calendar events and availability information from your connected Google Calendar, used to manage bookings.
• Usage data: Logs of AI interactions and API usage for billing and service improvement purposes.

We use your data exclusively to provide the Reply Now service:

• To automatically respond to Instagram DMs on your behalf using AI
• To book appointments and manage your Google Calendar
• To send you transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
• To monitor service performance and fix issues
• To calculate API usage costs for billing purposes

We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your customers' messages to train AI models.

Reply Now accesses Instagram data strictly in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms. Specifically:

• We only access Direct Messages sent to your connected Instagram Business account
• We only respond to messages — we never initiate unsolicited contact
• Access requires your explicit authorization via Instagram's OAuth flow
• You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your account in the app or via Instagram's App Settings
• Message data is stored securely and deleted when you close your account

Reply Now integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Meta (Instagram): For reading and sending Direct Messages — Meta Privacy Policy
• Google: For Calendar integration and optional sign-in — Google Privacy Policy
• Anthropic: AI responses are generated using Claude. Message content is processed by Anthropic's API but not stored or used for training — Anthropic Privacy Policy

As a user, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting integrations or closing your account
